2010 Sermon at York Minster

On Saturday 16th October 2010, at York Minster, the Grand Sovereign M.Ill.Kt. Richard V Wallis, GCC, together with Knights and their families from across the UK, attended the RCC Family Church Service.

Over 700 present heard the Dean of York Minster, the Very Reverend Keith Jones, deliver a sermon full of interesting historical facts concerning the links between the Minster, Constantine the Great's proclamation as Augustus of the Holy Roman Empire, his conversion to Christianity and our Masonic Order. The full context of his sermon may be read by clicking here.

Afterwards, many of the congregation retired to the York Racecourse to enjoy luncheon together.
